We appreciate you trying our jerky! We manufacture it here locally between our Orchard Park production facility, and our store in Hamburg. We are committed to serving you the freshest, and best tasting jerky that’s available for purchase. To keep it the freshest longest- we do recommend that you refrigerate our jerky after opening the package!
Our 5 main flavors are –
- Colorado Jerky – Perfect proportion of sugar, pepper and garlic and salt. Natural beef taste with a slight salt finish.
- BBQ- sweet and smokey.
- Hot BBQ- sweet with a serious kick of heat. Cayenne and Hot pepper flakes really ramp this up. Have a drink nearby if you choose this one.
- Teriyaki- traditional soy sauce taste with a hint of sweetness.
- Cajun – Smoke, garlic, and pepper.

That machine really speeds up production, also we have recently upgraded our smokers capacity to handle the increase in jerky being smoked.. Master’s BBQ Co. smokes all the jerky, not dehydrates it- giving you a much better flavor.

Sliced Top Round, salt, sugar, pepper, garlic powder, monosodium glutamate, Instacure #1.
BBQ-
Sliced Top Round, sugar, salt, onion and garlic powder, smoke flavoring, molasses granules, monosodium glutamate, Instacure #1, spices (with Jalepeno), paprika, citric acid, spice extractives, silicon dioxide and soybean oil added as a processing aid (no more than 2%)
Hot BBQ-
Sliced Top Round, cayenne, hot pepper flakes, sugar, salt, onion and garlic powder, smoke flavoring, molasses granules, monosodium glutamate, Instacure #1, spices (with Jalepeno), paprika, citric acid, spice extractives, silicon dioxide and soybean oil added as a processing aid (no more than 2%)
